I strive to provide professional services to you as a client, and in order to achieve this I am using my experience from the 30 years of faithful service at the Norwegian Tax Administration.
You can expect me to be dedicated to your case and to represent an honest and secure delivery, when it comes to communication with the Norwegian Tax Administration and other agencies in the public sector.
I have knowledge about the tax treaties, which Norway has with approximately 90 countries, and thus also knowledge of how to ensure your rightful claim for exemption from Norwegian withholding tax on pensions pursuant to the tax treaty with your country of residence.
Withholding tax on pensions and disability benefits
You are not liable to pay tax on pensions and disability benefits from private occupational pension schemes and other private pension schemes, if you have not earned pension points or accumulated pension reserves in the Norwegian National Insurance Scheme. This exemption from tax liability applies irrespective of the tax treaty with the country of residence.
What I can offer
These are some of the subjects I can help you who live abroad with:
How to ensure your rightful claim of exemption from withholding tax on pensions and disability benefits?
Do you need help filling out and submitting your Norwegian tax return?

Do you need help, because your Norwegian pension/disability benefits have been taxed in both Norway and your country of residence?

You live and work abroad but are still taxable to Norway
You are a foreign worker in Norway, and wish to opt out of the PAYE scheme
